There is an opening at a growing, dynamic firm for a professional, highly-skilled Executive Assistant. This role is in the Healthcare/NHS industry. To succeed in this position, you will need to maintain various administrative duties for executive management. Responsibilities

• Instruct and direct other support staff and customer relations
• Schedule travel and meeting arrangements
• Making sure material is presentation ready
• Prepare reports and financial data

• Proven ability to use the internet for research and complete projects
• Outstanding organizational skills, ability to multitask, an eye for detail and previous project management experience
• Expertise in email copywriting and inbox management
• Strong familiarity with supporting C-Level Executives
• Foundational knowledge in supporting multiple executives
