Traffic Engineering Services is looking for an Executive Assistant for the Operations side of the organization to join our headquarters in Elkridge, MD. The Executive Assistant will report to the Vice President of TES. The incumbent will need to have strong critical thinking, multi-tasking, and communication skills. They must be able to work independently and will have a "figure it out" mindset.

A sample of the Executive Assistant's Duties include:

• Assist with daily, weekly timecard tasks which include review and processing
• Prepare research or technical reports
• Liaison with both administrative and operational employees and comfortable in both office and construction work environments.
• Communicate confidential information in a timely, professional manner
• Professional communication with clients regarding billing and invoicing

*Qualifications:*

• Previous experience in a similar role such as Executive or Administrative Assistant.
• Proficiency in Microsoft Office Suite, and ADP (Workforce Now)
• Customer service, professional attitude
• Preferably a construction or similar background.
