We are currenty recruiting for the role of Executive Assistant and Office Manager.

Based in Dublin City Centre.

Exciting and diverse opportunity with an international company, who have recently moved to Ireland.

Office based role.

Responsibilities:

  • Act as the point of contact among executives, employees, clients and other external partners
  • Manage executive's calendars and set up meetings
  • Make travel and accommodation arrangements
  • Monitor and record daily expenses and prepare weekly, monthly or quarterly reports
  • Act as an office manager by keeping up with office supply inventory
  • Format information for internal and external communication – memos, emails, presentations, reports
  • Take minutes during meetings
  • Screen and direct phone calls and distribute correspondence
  • Organise and maintain the office filing system

Requirements:

  • Previous experience in a similar position, preferably with experience in a start up
  • Office Management experience is preferable
  • Keen communication skills and ability to self motivate
