Executive Assistant to Managing Director

About the Company

Our client is a charity organisation which works to support and make a positive impact on the lives of Deaf and hard of hearing people. Based in Dublin City Centre, excellent flexibility, 3/4 day week.



About the Position

This is an interesting and varied role which includes assisting the CEO in administrative tasks, event and diary management and assisting in communications.

Key Responsibilities

    Organising the CEOs internal and external meeting schedule.
    Administration of meeting prep including agenda, papers & minutes.
    Co-ordinate admin of the Board, subcommittees & AGM meetings
    Co-ordinate the CEOs 1;1 meetings with members of the Management Team
    Liaise with Management Team on behalf of the CEO.
    Manage the relationships of suppliers on behalf of the CEO; processing purchase orders & arranging payments
    Co-ordinate and follow through with the CEOs daily task list.
    Manage the CEOs events, travel arrangements and conferences.
    Prepare and oversee the CEO’s expense claims and credit card expenditure documentation.
    Organise and manage the CEOs files and papers both physical and electronic ensuring quick access to information.
    Ensure the CEO office is compliant with key requirements ie. GDPR and Health & Safety standards.

Experience/Requirements

    3 -5 years’ experience in a similar role.
    Great energy and excitement to succeed.

Remuneration Package

    €50,000 pro rata
    Pension scheme
