As an Executive Assistant, you will play a critical role working alongside the Chief Risk Officer and their Senior Leadership Team in the running and transforming of Group Risk.

Responsibilities:
  • Act as a first point-of-contact for all key internal and external stakeholders.
  • Manage various projects on behalf of the CRO, ensuring activities are prioritised and completed within relevant timescales.
  • Manage the CRO and Risk Leadership Team diaries.
  • Act as point of contact for all appointments and ensure the CRO has all necessary papers for appointments.
  • Development and co-ordination of staff briefings and colleague communications.

Requirements:
Essential
  • Experienced EA at `C-Suite¿ level and comfortable managing multiple calendars and priorities while ensuring all requirements are met, for the CRO.
  • Ability to identify core issues and prioritise them accordingly.
  • Technical skills/competencies as outlined above.
Desirable
  • Strong problem solving skills, logical reasoning, and have high standards for service excellence and internal controls.
  • Ability to make decisions and take actions without need for referral: ability to work autonomously.

This is a Permanent role based in Permanent TSB's St Stephen's Green office with the option to work from home in line with Business needs.
