James Beard nominated Spanish Japanese tapas restaurant PAGU is looking for an executive chef to lead its team. Candidate must be experienced in administrative duties like HR, inventory, scheduling, allergies, training and people management as well as cooking responsibilities like prep, service, expo, coordination of large events, banquets, weddings and guest facing situations. Ideal candidate is proficient in spanish as our team is makorit latinx. We are looking for a kind, diligent, responsible, capable person who can grow into a leader of a reputable restaurant group.
