Responsibilities:
Recruitment, hiring/team development, training, scheduling, cost control.
Execution to company standards, integrity in all culinary details, scratch kitchen.
Purchasing, Inventory-cost control, product organization/usage, team/food/facility safety.
Guest focused, collaborative relationship with FOH management, leader to crew.
