If so, this is the role for you. Williamson Cosmetic Center & Perenack Aesthetic Surgery is looking for an executive director to oversee its multiple locations and surgery center. The executive director oversees the daily operational functions and collaborates with the owners to grow and expand the practice.
Williamson Cosmetic Center & Perenack Aesthetic Surgery is an aesthetic and cosmetic surgery center with 5 locations in Louisiana. Their highly skilled, duly accredited plastic surgeons, Dr. Jon Perenack and Dr. Lucius Doucet, offer the most innovative surgical and cosmetic procedures for the face and body, and Shelly Esnard, PA-C, leads their team of highly skilled professionals creating a fully comprehensive menu of services for the most in-demand cosmetic procedures.
EDUCATION AND EXPERIENCE
BA or BS in business administration, healthcare administration, or similar required; Master’s degree preferred.
5-10 years of medical management experience (experience in aesthetics medicine preferred) managing all aspects of practice operations, including developing and leading a high-performing team, staff management, marketing, business development, and financial management.
Experience growing and scaling a medical practice.
Experience managing a team of 50+ employees, ideally in aesthetics or a specialty that included “fee for service” or patient direct pay services.

Coaching and mentoring managers to bring out the potential of all.
Strategic development skills to guide organizations through important strategic decisions and implement expansion opportunities.
Solid understanding of and ability to manage/continuously improve key operational and administrative functions.
Collaborative nature to effectively build strong relationships with others in various roles, such as physicians, staff, patients, and external agencies.
Motivated with an action orientation; able to quickly and effectively move projects from discussion to implementation.
Exceptional interpersonal, communication, and customer service skills.
Understanding of retail medicine marketing, with the ability to create and implement a marketing strategy in collaboration with a marketing director.
Technological savvy, with the ability to gain efficiency through technology and successfully implement new technology.
In-depth knowledge of compliance, personnel law, workplace safety, and other regulatory issues pertaining to medical practices.
Financial analysis and reporting abilities, particularly with accounts payable, general ledger, budgeting, productivity tracking, inventory control, and incentive compensation models.
Working knowledge of Ambulatory Surgery Center business operations.
RESPONSIBILITIES
Staff management, leadership, and development.
Practice operations management, including helping to establish/implement goals, objectives, policies, procedures, and systems for the practice.
Strategy and business development; planning and implementing expansion and growth opportunities.
Sales and marketing strategy in collaboration with marketing director; providing metrics, KPIs, and action items based on initiatives.
Financial administration: setting, monitoring, and achieving practice financial goals.
The salary range for this position is $125,000-$225,000, dependent upon skills and experience.
