Responsibilities include, but are not limited to:
- managing kitchen in absence of Executive Chef
- overseeing of weekly and monthly inventories
- submitting orders to appropriate vendors
- capable of controlling food waste and identifying opportunities for improvement of food/labor costs
- maintaining a functional, positive work environment
- promoting healthy and safe workplace, ensuring all local health regulations met
Skills required:
- ServSafe Certification
- understanding/knowledge of health department rules and regulations (able to handle health inspection in absence of Executive Chef)
- minimum 3 years of experience in food service industry
- fluent in (or well-versed in) English, Spanish
- basic computer knowledge (email, online ordering, etc.)

Pay: $61,050.36 - $64,143.54 per year
