Swiftwater Cellars is hiring an Executive Sous Chef:
Duties include managing the line and employees working the line
Training and hiring new employees
Ordering product, doing inventory and running specials
Following the rules and tasks of Swiftwater and Executive Chef
Must be able to workdays, nights, weekends and holidays. Looking for an individual ready to make a career out of Swiftwater Cellars.
Job Type: Full-time
Pay: $60,000.00 - $75,000.00 per year
