We are looking for friendly and independent team players who enjoy working in a fun, fast-paced environment and are able to work a flexible schedule.

Duties and Responsibilities:
-Maintains a clean kitchen, properly washes and sorts soiled dishes
-Keeps the dish area free of clutter
-Sets up dish stations, including dish machines and sinks
-Maintains clean / dry floors throughout the shift
-Properly wash, stack and stores china, glassware, silverware, cookware, and storage containers
-Change the water of machines and sinks every two hours, or more often as required by business levels, and proper use of chemical dilutions set up for you
-Assists in the timely storing of food deliveries, as needed
-Maintains trash cans throughout shifts and removes full trash cans, broken glass and boxes at the end of each shift
-Maintains the dry storage area and the organization of storage shelves when returning kitchen cookware.
-Follows the posted daily dish cleaning duties.

The dish is the key that ensures that the kitchen stays clean and organized throughout each event. They set up dish stations and turn on dish cleaning machines. They spend their time loading and unloading dishes from dish machines, washing all pans or utensils that come into contact with food and scraping identifiers off everything.

Dishwasher Qualifications / Skills:
-Customer service
-Planning and multi-tasking
-Self-motivated with a high energy level
-Verbal communication
-Hospitality-related kitchen experience preferred
-Current food handler’s card and other certification as required by federal/state/local law
-Lift 40-50 lbs.
