Scooters Coffee Experienced Manager / Barista

We are looking for a dynamic self-starter that will be responsible for all staffing, sales, and operations in this location. You will build and lead a friendly, service-oriented barista team, set a high-energy work pace, drive sales, increase profit, and use your management skills to build an awesome team.

What you will do in a nutshell:

• Provide fast and friendly customer service and set the example for the team
• Interview, hire, train, and develop your team to provide an amazing experience to our customers
• Since we are a coffee kiosk, speed of delivery is key.

• You love to work with people and are energetic.
• Prior supervisory experience in a restaurant or retail environment.

Pay: From $45,000.00 per year

Shift:

• Manager will need to be flexible but will have primary AM shift. Weekends will be as needed to support as needed for training, gaps, etc..

* There is a mandatory paid 4 week training that will be either in Omaha NE or Dallas TX that store manager has to attend. Manager will need to be available for the entire 4 weeks straight.
