Oyhut Bay is seeking an experienced painter. The successful candidate will be responsible for interior and exterior painting of both new construction homes and also for our property management clients. The employee will work independently, but will also collaborate with the new construction paint crew.

Responsibilities:

• Perform repairs and maintenance painting for our property management clients
• Spray primer and paint using appropriate techniques
• Cut and roll to achieve desired finish
• Work independently and efficiently
• Collaborate with the new construction paint crew
• Maintain a professional and dependable work ethic
• Possess a valid Washington State driver's license and reliable transportation

Qualifications:

• Proven experience as a painter
• Proficient in spray painting, cutting, and rolling techniques
• Ability to work independently and efficiently
• Professional and dependable work ethic
• Possession of a valid Washington State driver's license and reliable transportation
