The Goddard School of Wylie, TX is looking for passionate Toddler Teachers to join the team! The Goddard School is a renowned Early Childhood Education program with a Piaget (Learning through Play) based foundation and an active learning approach.

Qualifications:

• 1+ years experience of prior classroom or child care experience
• Knowledge of developmentally appropriate practices
• Excellent verbal and written communication skills
• Positive attitude and inherent love for young children

Responsibilities:

• Establish and maintain a safe, healthy, and nurturing learning environment
• Implement weekly lesson plans based on Goddard’s Developmental Guidelines and monthly school themes
• Participate in staff and training meetings
• Meet the individual needs of the children
• Maintain effective, proactive and positive parent communication
• Encourage and help develop self-esteem and social skills
• Ensure compliance with Goddard’s Industry leading Quality Assurance standards
