Job Title: Export Customer Service & Logistics Coordinator (French Speaking)

Reports to: Customer Operations Manager

Location: Ireland

Role Overview:

WaterWipes has an exciting opportunity for an Export Customer Service & Logistics Coordinator to join our growing team in the global Supply Chain department in Drogheda. This role will provide excellent customer service and transport solutions to our customers, distributors and 3PLs for export orders with a focus on the EMEA+ Region. The successful candidate must be fluent in French and English and have the ability to plan and prioritise their workload and deliver to agreed deadlines.

The successful candidate will play a critical role in improving process and profitability within the Team. The successful candidate must be analytical, have excellent attention to detail, be driven by process improvements and be results-focused. The successful candidate must have demonstrable skills in developing and working with spreadsheets and in-house WMS systems. This role will be responsible for delivering high-performance Customer Service, delivering to our customers through KPI measurement.

Responsibilities:

Customer Service & Order Fulfilment

  • Delivering a first-class customer service experience for our customers by ensuring orders are processed to the highest standards
  • Act as the initial point of contact for incoming Customer orders, transport queries, feedback and complaints
  • Onboarding of new customers - reviewing Customer application forms /manuals to ensure compliance
  • Order Fulfilment – Create, process and modification of customer sales orders within the ERP system.
  • Assesses EDI exceptions and makes necessary corrections within the system to create & process sales
  • Liaises with Commercial teams and Supply/ Demand planners in relation to priority allocation of stock against sales orders
  • Manage and drive continuous improvements with our 3PL Partner in line with agreed SLAs and KPI’s
  • Maintains customer records by updating account information such as : address, ship-to locations, and delivery requirements
  • Creates and processes Return and Credit Note requests.
  • Record & resolve Customer & 3PL complaints via Salesforce system in a timely manner -collaborating with various internal departments
  • Deliver an analysis of OTIF Performance for the region – capturing reasons for lost sales and late deliveries

Transport

  • Transport – Plan and co-ordinate picking and transportation solutions for Export orders (FCL & LCL) for the EMEA region in a timely manner
  • Preparation and management of export shipping documentation in line with country-specific guidelines – Commercial invoices, packing lists, export certs etc.
  • Scheduling of export bookings to deliver on time to the customer. Always go above and beyond to service the customer’s needs.
  • Approval of Transport invoices and recording of Transport cost on in house system

Experience and Qualifications:

  • Minimum 3 years’ experience in FMCG Manufacturing Planning/Supply Chain/Logistics roles ideally with the EMEA Market
  • Strong customer service orientation and attention to detail, with high standards of quality and excellence
  • Self-directed, excellent communication skills on technical aspects of the supply chain in the EMEA market
  • Ability to form relationships with stakeholders and proven track record working effectively with cross-functional teams, up to and including Senior Leadership Team Level
  • Be result-oriented as a logistics problem solver; utilize speed, accuracy, and completeness.
  • Multitasking and time-management skills, with the ability to prioritize tasks
  • Experience in Project management and development of standard operating procedures desirable.
  • Excellent communication skills both written and verbal
  • Proficient with Microsoft Office suite
  • Experience with SAP S/4 HANA, AS400 and Salesforce Systems is a distinct advantage
  • Adaptive to changes and ability to handle high-pressure situations
  • Ability to coordinate project work as part of a team
  • Ability to work in a team environment as well as work independently/remotely with moderate direct supervision
  • Openness to take on additional responsibility as needed and prescribed by the department manager
  • Fluent command of English and French required
