Job Summary
:

Our Professional Services Department is looking for an experienced ETL Conversion Specialist to contribute to the continued success of our company. This position will be a member of our Professional Services team and is responsible for setting up and maintaining data synchronizations from third party applications, conversions from third party systems, and other custom data projects using principles of Extract, Transform, and Load. This is a customer-interfacing role that couples business/operational knowledge and client relationship skills requiring excellent communication and problem-solving skills with a meticulous eye for detail.


The preferred location for this position is our headquarters in Peachtree Corners, GA. We will consider remote candidates as well.

Responsibilities
:

  • Configure data synchronization with third party data files using existing company software.
  • Provide support for existing customers in troubleshooting synchronization issues.
  • Meet with customers as required to identify issues and provide resolutions.
  • Develop custom solutions for specific customer needs using SQL scripts and/or Microsoft .NET C#.
  • Provide ownership of custom data projects from start to finish ensuring that all deliverables are satisfied.
  • Troubleshoot and fix bugs in company data tools.
  • Participate in solution definition discussions and documentation.
  • Provides status reporting based on communication plans as defined by the project.
  • Meet your defined utilization target.
  • Supports Executive Management and the Sales team in their client management and sales efforts.

Requirements
:

  • 2+ years prior experience in data analytics / ETL.
  • 2+ years prior experience with data file formats and manipulation of data (delimited files, xml, and custom.)
  • Proficiency in Microsoft SQL.
  • Proficiency in Microsoft .NET C#.
  • Strong understanding of windows networking fundamentals.
  • Excellent organizational and time management skills.
  • Excellent communication, verbal, and written skills.
  • Ability to work well in a team environment.
  • Ability to communicate with customers of varying levels in a clear and professional manner.
  • Ability to work remotely with limited supervision.


Preferred Skills and Experience
:

  • 2+ years prior experience with Azure DevOps.
  • Experience and knowledge working with and creating XSLT.
  • Experience and knowledge of banking operations and processes.

Working Conditions:

  • This position may occasionally require you to work outside of normal business hours.
