Extrusion Operator - Hiring Immediately in Santa Fe Springs, CA
Available Shift
First Shift: 6:00am - 2:30pm
Must have weekend availability
Compensation:
*Starting pay: $18 to $22/hour * depending on experience with Extrusion Machine Operation
Eligible for annual & skill-based wage increases

Responsibilities:
- Operate plastic extrusion machine at a rate that equals or exceeds quality and production standards
- Operate the thermoformer and packing equipment
- Assist with tooling and product changeovers
- Ensure continuous operation
- Complete required quality inspections and production reports
- Follow all SOPs, safety regulations, and safe work practices
- Maintain a well-organized, safe, and clean workplace
- Provide relief to other team members as needed
Qualifications:
Candidates must have 2+ years of manufacturing experience in plastic extrusion
Teamwork, cooperation, and communication abilities
Ability to lift 35 pounds is required
Flexibility to work overtime and off shifts as needed
Must be available to work weekends
You should be proficient in:
- Machine Setups for Production Runs
- Blueprint Reading
- Plastic Extrusion Experience
- Thermoforming Experience
