We are seeking a highly motivated and experienced Fabrication Shop Supervisor to join our Marketing industry team. The ideal candidate will have a strong background in CNC fabrication, welding, and management experience. This is a full-time position, with competitive salary and benefits package.
Responsibilities:
- Oversee and manage all aspects of the fabrication shop, including scheduling, production, and quality control.
- Develop and implement processes and procedures to optimize efficiency and productivity.
- Ensure all safety protocols are followed and maintain a safe work environment.
- Train and mentor team members, providing guidance and support as needed.
- Collaborate with other departments to ensure timely delivery of products and services.
- Continuously improve processes and procedures to meet customer needs and exceed expectations.
- Manage inventory and supplies, ensuring adequate levels are maintained.
Qualifications:
- 5+ years of experience in CNC machines, welding, and fabrication.
- 5+ years of supervisory/management experience.
- Strong communication and leadership skills.
- Ability to manage multiple projects and priorities simultaneously.
- Experience with lean manufacturing principles and continuous improvement methodologies.
- Strong problem-solving and analytical skills.
- Ability to work independently and as part of a team.
- High school diploma or equivalent required, technical degree or certification preferred.
