Our Rhinelander, WI campus is ready to grow, and our world-class team is looking for passionate, motivated Facilities Cleaner like you.

You'll be responsible for:

• Complete the tasks outlined in the Master Cleaning Schedule per the schedule.
• Complete the Master Cleaning schedule tasks to meet or exceed the AIB standard for a Superior Rating.
• Hand in the Master Cleaning schedule to supervisor at end of each month for review.
• Provide any suggestions to supervisor for improvement in Master Cleaning Schedule.
• Coordinate and lead the cleaning of the extrusion lines with the plant supervisor per the master cleaning schedule.
• Take monthly inventory of cleaning, lunchroom, and bathroom supplies and order needed supplies from Purchasing Manager.
• Train all required personnel on the cleaning and sanitizing of machinery and contact rollers.
• Train all required personnel in the proper use of cleaning chemicals and cleaning utensils.
• Maintain all cleaning utensils including the Auto scrubber, Vacuum Backpack, and any other cleaning utensils or tools.
• Suggest any ideas to improve the efficiency of the cleaning process for continuous improvement.
• Follow Chemical Control Program of the company and AIB standard.
• Comply with all AIB and BRCGS Standards
• Perform other duties as assigned.

Our ideal candidate is:

• A driven team-player who is eager to learn
• High school diploma or equivalent.
• Prior Janitorial and AIB a plus but not required
• Demonstrated skills in organizing work, setting priorities and sound decision making.
• Strong work and personal ethics.
• Good communication skills
• Ability to work well with people
• A strong understanding of our safety mission and its importance
