FACILITIES AND SUSTAINABILITY COORDINATOR - Bilingual (French & English)

Accountabilities:

  • Facilities and Sustainability Communications
  • Contractor management and control (RAMS, contracts, QBRs, tenders)
  • Facilities management, Cleaning audits, Catering
  • Management of post and couriers, fleet management, and taxi/shuttle
  • Support and drive Sustainability strategy with Sustainability Committee
  • Liaison with sustainability/energy consultants as required
  • Upkeep ISO14001 and ISO50001, perform reporting to the Group
  • Document controller (ensuring correct revision of document in circulation)
  • Lease/rent/landlord relationships/estate and management fee
  • Purchasing / Procurement PO system / Invoicing processing
  • Great Place to work on projects / Event planning & coordination
  • Space Planning, Access Control management
  • Assist with Budget and reporting
  • Contract management of soft services and hard services total FM contract.
  • Staff Sales: Shop online, Spot Boutiques, Online Gallery
  • Manage in-house ticketing systems
  • Newcomer Induction training
  • Assist with the upkeep of Business continuity planning documents
  • Ensure Security, Health and Safety, and Environmental procedures are always followed

Qualifications / Professional Capabilities

  • 3 years in a similar position is preferable
  • French language is an advantage
  • Passionate about sustainability and keeps up to date on regulatory requirements
  • Experience in H&S, environmental procedures, and Continuous improvement

Job Types: Full-time, Permanent

Salary: €30,000.00-€45,000.00 per year

Schedule:

  • 8 hour shift

Supplemental pay types:

  • Bonus pay

Ability to commute/relocate:

  • Louth, County Louth: reliably commute or plan to relocate before starting work (required)
