Facilities Engineer (Greater Dublin Area)

This is an exciting opportunity for an experienced Facilities Engineer to manage a range of technical services across a portfolio of assigned sites for our clients which are largely based in the greater Dublin Area. The successful candidate will report into the Engineering Manager and ultimately the Technical Services Director.

Responsibilities;

• Client facing: in a professional manner and lead certain key technical client contracts.
• Maintenance Management: manage scheduled and reactive maintenance as required.
• Budget management ensuring that spending is as per technical budget and seek the appropriate approval for additional spending.
• Legislative compliance: ensure all legal requirements are met across all sites and escalate any issues or concerns in a timely manner.
• Teamwork: to work alongside the wider team such as Facilities Managers, Technicians, Facilities Schedulers, Health & Safety and support service staff.
• Audit: participate in clients' internal and external audits and risk assessments.
• Reports: Provide clear, accurate, effective reports to clients on schedule.
• Flexibility: Provide assistance with other projects and other items as assigned from time to time.

Essential Skills & Experience

• Level 7 or 8 Engineering Degree is essential
• Full driving licence is essential

Job Types: Full-time, Permanent

Salary: €50,000.00-€60,000.00 per year
