Facilities Executive

SALARY = 45,000 p/year + increments each year

HYBRID WORK MODEL

Permanent, full-time basis based in Dublin 2

PUBLIC SERVICE

CPL have an exciting, immediate requirement for an experienced Facilities Executive for our client based in Dublin 2.

Successful candidates will be extremely professional and ideally have 2+ years experience in a similar role as well as a Third level qualification (preferably in management).

Responsibilities include:

• Manging facilities related contracts for headquarters in Dublin 2, its nine regional offices and its overseas offices.
• To review PPM reports and recommendations
• To proactively engage with clients and stakeholders on issues
• To project manage externally appointed contractors & other agents to ensure timely delivery in line with objectives
• To support procurement & tender processes
• To manage office projects as required
• To prepare and present proposals to the relevant Board as appropriate
• To support, review and implement Health & Safety Policy and procedures across all offices

Essential Experience and Skills

• Third level qualification essential
• Minimum of 2 years experience in similar role
• Project management
• Relationship building
• Negotiation and influencing
• Full, clean driving license
