St. Mark Parish, located in Catonsville, Maryland, is seeking candidates for a full-time Facilities Manager.

The Facilities Manager provides comprehensive support primarily to the Pastor in the oversight and direct management of the physical facilities of the Parish and School. The Facilities Manager will manage all aspects of the facilities and maintenance for the Parish complex. Supervise maintenance and facilities staff as assigned. Responsible for procurement of all contracted services in maintenance and facilities; oversee all resources to insure smooth and efficient operations of the campus 365 days per year/24 hours per day. This leader must possess and maintains an understanding of the Mission of the Catholic Church and of the Parish, and bring that to bear in all considerations and decisions made within the scope of the essential functions of the position.

Job Responsibilities:

• Manage daily operations related to all facilities, buildings and grounds
• Provide project management for major renovation and new construction projects
• Coordinate selection of contractors; work with Archdiocese of Baltimore Facilities department to follow guidelines
• Ensure compliance with all local, state and federal regulations and government reporting requirements
• Oversee Maintenance staff and work with School leadership and Custodial Vendor to establish custodial and maintenance schedule
• Work with Pastor, Principal, Business Manager to plan larger maintenance projects and review contracts with vendors

Qualifications:

• Bachelor's degree in building construction, architecture, or engineering-related field and five years' experience in construction management
• Ability to prepare and maintain budgets, ability to utilize Microsoft Office Suite of Products, including WORD and EXCEL
• Knowledge of, and ability to support the Mission of the Catholic Church and Catholic education
• Strong communication and interpersonal skills
• Must possess valid driver's license with no more than three current point
