G1 Facility Services is a leading facility maintenance, preventative maintenance, and construction provider, proudly serving the customers nationally. We provide facility and preventative maintenance services to aviation, government, and commercial facilities throughout the United States and the Caribbean. With over two decades of experience in the maintenance and construction industries, we are seeking to add entry-level Maintenance Technicians to our dynamic Boston, MA team.

• Perform HVAC Services and other trades as required.
• Maintain and perform preventive maintenance on controls and related equipment
• Responsible for performing monthly inspections and annual maintenance for clients
• Responsible for performing minor electrical repair, plumbing, and painting
• Monitor and inspect HVAC, mechanical, plumbing, and electrical systems and assist with system testing
• Develop and maintain logs on the maintenance history of each building and unit as needed
• Provide technical assistance with the HVAC systems including installations and modifications to existing systems.
• Perform other duties as requested by management to include attending meetings and training

• Entry-level or recent HVAC graduates preferred
• Valid Drivers License and clean driving record required
• Must be able to successfully complete a government required background
• Must be willing to work in a drug-free workplace

Physical requirements

• Must be able to stand for long periods of time.
• Able to lift, carry, push, and pull up to 50 lbs.
• Will frequently need to climb, bend, crawl, squat, kneel, and stoop to get to work area

Compensation: Starting salary: $24.00+ per hour- depending on experience, unique PTO policy, medical, vision, dental, and 401K

Upon hire, candidates will be sent for a drug screening and trained for the position. After training is complete, a full-time work scheduled will be given.
