Summary

Responsible for the installation, set-up and maintenance of facility production equipment.

Essential Duties and Responsibilities include the following:

 Performs electrical and mechanical troubleshooting and repairs relating to equipment failures.

 Maintains safe, accident-free equipment usage through proper training and maintenance.

 Maintains records on equipment problems, repairs and maintenance.

 Works with manufacturing, engineering, or test areas to ensure proper production fixturing and tooling.

 Performs minor building maintenance in the plant as needed.

 Maintains department specific records.

 Works under minimal supervision from direct manager.

 Is consistently at work and on time. Must adhere to company specified work schedule.

 Other duties may be assigned.

Education and/or Experience

 High school diploma or general education degree (GED); and a minimum of two years of experience as a Maintenance Technician in an electronic manufacturing environment.

Language Skills

 Proficiency reading, writing, and speaking English to satisfactorily perform the duties of the position.

Mathematical Skills

 Ability to use a tape measure and ruler. Ability to add, subtract, multiply, and divide in all units of measure, using whole numbers, common fractions, and decimals.

Reasoning Ability

 Ability to apply common sense understanding to carry out written and oral instructions.

Computer Skills

 Minimal computer skills required.

Job Type: Full-time

Pay: $25.00 - $35.00 per hour

Schedule:

• 8 hour shift
• Day shift
• Monday to Friday

Experience:

• Industrial maintenance: 2 years (Preferred)

License/Certification:

• Driver's License (Preferred)
