Sierra Sage Treatment Center is a residential treatment program in Yerington, NV for young women that provides a safe, supportive and nurturing environment. The program serves vulnerable young women who are referred from their parents, juvenile courts, and social service agencies both locally and across the country. The youth enter the program with a history of abuse, neglect, trauma, substance abuse, mental illness and violence. They graduate from Sierra Sage as educated young women who have overcome challenges and have demonstrated making healthy choices for themselves and for their future.

Shift Supervisor (Facility Manager)

The Shift Supervisor is a member of the Site Management Team. Primarily responsible for the daily management and supervisory control of Group Living operations under the supervision of the Deputy Program Director. Ensures the residential treatment programs are being implemented in accordance with policies and procedures and Federal, State and Local licensing requirements.

SHIFT:

Schedule: 3.5 day schedule (Wednesday to Saturday) Weekend days required during the scheduled shift.

On call at night for emergencies and support supervision. Staff housing available if you live outside of Yerington.

Education Preferred

  • Bachelors or better in Human Services or related field (preferred)

Experience Required

  • 1 year: Supervisory Experience
  • 3 years: Residential Treatment Setting

Licenses & Certifications Required

  • Drivers License
