In everything we do, we strive to lead the way to a lifetime of full equity, inclusion, and access.Easterseals ISO program offers intensive support, parenting skills training, supervised family visits and education to children and their families. The program serves children birth-21 years of age that have been identified by DCYF or DJJS to be in need of services.
Responsibilities: Family Outreach Workers provide support to children and families at risk. You will be responsible for assessing ad documenting visits, following approved treatments plans and arranging for suitable age appropriate activities during family time.
Qualifications: A minimum of a Bachelor’s Degree in the field of Human Services and two years of experience working with children and families. Candidates must also have a valid driver’s license and reliable.
Compensation: $45,000 salary
Hours: Full time. This position includes some night and weekend hours and an on call rotation.
