PART-TIME FAMILY RESOURCE SPECIALIST - WELD COUNTY, CO
SALARY RANGE: $20.00 - $24.00 PER HOUR
JusticeWorks is looking for a Part Family Resource Specialist immediately in Weld County, CO. The qualified Family Resource Specialist will ensure fidelity of compliance with documentation and will be proficient with Microsoft Excel.
To provide excellent service, our families are our priority so working with their schedules is key to creating a healthy rapport with them. Evenings and/or weekends may be required to fulfill a 40-hour work week.

The qualified Family Resource Specialist will have:
- Master's or Bachelor's Degree. Preferred areas of study includesocial work, criminal justice, psychology, or related fieldand a minimum of one (1) year direct care experience or supervised practice in lieu of the experience requirement.
- Valid driver's license, auto insurance and access to a vehicle.
- Pass current, applicable clearances.
- Pass pre-employment, post-offer drug screening.
- Ability to work non-traditional hours including evenings and weekends.
The qualified Family Resource Specialist will:
- Assess and engage families in service and treatment planning based on demonstrated needs.
- Plan and implement appropriate interventions using evidence based and best practice approaches.
- Assist families in accessing and navigating community resources.
- Attend court hearings and provide testimony as required.
- Transport clients utilizing personal vehicle, as necessary.
