Stone Belt is seeking our new Family Supports Coordinator! This opportunity would allow you to oversee Stone Belt’s Families First and Respite services; integral portions of our services that have exciting opportunities for growth. The Family Supports Program offers ongoing services to families and people with disabilities living at home. Stone Belt is looking toward the future and seeing that families of children and adults with disabilities still living at home are going to be more numerous and more in need of services and supports. That’s where you come in!

As our Family Supports Coordinator, you will participate in the development and lead the implementation of program goals, objectives, and strategies for family services. You will also be instrumental in training, and supervising staff to provide top quality services to families in our community. We are seeking an innovative individual who will also be able to develop programs which promote respite, host homes/shared living, and in-home family support.
