123 Farm is searching for a new team member who is self motivated, reliable, honest, and efficient to join our farm department to help us with our many plants, trees and animals on the property. We hope to find a diligent member to add to our hardworking team.

We are looking for someone who...

- demonstrates a keen interest in regenerative agriculture

- work cooperatively and efficiently in a team environment

- work well independently with minimal oversight

The job can include walking through rough terrain throughout the day and working outside under the sun (summer heat can get very hot!) or in windy conditions. There also may be work that requires staff to lift and carry a minimum of 35 pounds with and/ or without assistance.

Responsibilities include but not limited to:

- distilling plant materials for essential oil

- watering trees and plants

- harvesting fruit

- weeding

- pruning

- planting plants/trees

- feeding and grooming animals

- organizing tools

High school diploma is recommended. Please make sure to include a resume when you apply.

Pay: $16.00 per hour

Schedule:

• 8 hour shift

Education:

• High school or equivalent (Preferred)

Experience:

• farming or gardening: 1 year (Preferred)

License/Certification:
