Job description
Little Mount Lavender Co in Simpsonville, KY is looking for one farm hand to join our 12 person strong team. We are located on 6905 Shelbyville Road. Our ideal candidate is attentive, punctual, and engaged. Work hours have some flexibility as long as the job is getting done.
Responsibilities
>Physically capable to bend, climb and lift etc, this isn't for everyone.
> Manage lavender fields from mowing, weeding, and harvesting.
> Learning how to process lavender at harvest
> Mowing with push mower, zero turn mower and bush hog.
> Property landscaping weeding, mowing, weed eating etc.
> Light barn cleaning
> Green house maintenance
> Errands between store and farm
> Need to be able to lift 50 lbs multiple times in a day
> Driving a mid sized tractor
- this is not an all inclusive list of things done on the farm and home property. Looking for a go to person.
Qualifications
> Previous work experience where a high level of responsibility was required of you.
> Must be at least 21 with drivers license
> Self motivated individual who wants to learn and grow to manage property

Available shifts and compensation: Available shifts all days except Sundays. Compensation is $16.00 - $20.00/hour.
