As the leader of our farm team, you will be responsible for the management and supervision of all employees. This includes the development and implementation of basic business strategies, the handling of human resources issues and other various responsibilities. Responsibilities:

• Administer farm operations.
• Manage crop planting and harvest seasons.
• Manage livestock operations.
• Oversee farm equipment maintenance.
• Manage the farm’s financial operations.
• Supervise employees and interns.

Job Type: Full-time

Pay: $45,011.00 - $48,444.00 per year

Schedule:

• 8 hour shift
