ESSENTIAL JOB FUNCTIONS/RESPONSIBILITIES:

Job Duties/Responsibilities:

• Assistance with personal care and hygiene

• Meal Preparation

• Light Housekeeping

• Accompany clients on outings

• Shopping and errands

• Medication Reminders

• Ambulation and transporting of clients

• Provide companionship to clients

• Ability to follow care-plan

• Documentation/Charting

QUALIFICATION REQUIREMENTS:

• Must have HCA (Registered with Home Care Aide)

• If CNA/HHA then must have proof of certification

• Minimum of one (1) year of documented experience required

• Negative TB skin test or chest x-ray

• Covid- 19 Fully Vaccinated

• Access to mobile phone

• Ability to travel within the East Bay'
