Marine Concepts is hiring experienced fiberglass mold detailers. The ideal detailing candidate must possess all or some of the following skills to be considered for the position:

Fiberglass Mold detailing using power tools & DA sanders, buffers, grinders and cut off wheels. Prior gel coat experience, including but not limited to mold re-spray and patching a plus. Prior experience in patching and repairing the various defects associated with the manufacturing of molds a plus.

Attention to detail and high quality standards. Hard working and dependable. Must possess good dexterity and utilize proper lifting techniques. Able to work in fast paced environment with deadlines. Enclosed manufacturing facility without climate control.

First Shift (6am - 2:30pm) and Second shift (12pm - 8:30pm) positions are available.

Marine Concepts/Design Concepts, a division of Patrick Industries, is a growing company that designs and manufactures fiberglass molds and parts for a variety of industries including marine, amusement park, automotive and many others.

We have facilities in Sarasota and Cape Coral, FL. Hiring motivated and dependable people ready to work. Day shift, second shift & night shift available. Overtime is available for most positions and most positions require some flexibility to hours including 10 or 12 hour shifts.

Job Type: Full-time

Pay: $15.00 - $18.00 per hour
