We are seeking a motivated and enthusiastic Field Canvasser to join our team. As a Field Canvassing Person, you will play a critical role in helping us to reach out to potential customers and promote our services.

In this role, you will be responsible for going door-to-door, distributing promotional materials, and engaging with potential customers to generate leads for our business. You will need to have excellent communication skills and be comfortable engaging with strangers. You will also be required to provide regular feedback and reports to the team, and have strong organizational and time-management skills.

This position earns commission in addition to base pay.

Responsibilities

• Vigorously and diligently work to generate leads while engaging in door-to-door campaigning in assigned territory generating qualified sales opportunities as instructed by the Canvassing Program Manager
• Transport self to assigned territory and work independently to while representing A. Caspersen Company Inc. at all times with the utmost degree of professionalism.
• Accurately keep records on house-to-house information and data tracking.
• Be courteous, neat, clean and in proper uniform with required municipality permitting at all times
• Attend company meetings as required.

Communicate with Canvassing Program Manager ideas that can improve effectiveness of the canvassing program policies of A. Caspersen Company Inc.

Qualifications

• High School Diploma or equivalent required
• Smart Phone
• Valid Drivers License with a clean driving record
• Reliable transportation to navigate through territory
• Strong verbal communication skills
• Goal-oriented and self-motivated
• Able to navigate through apps and keep records
• Physically able to stand and walk 3 to 5 miles a day

Job Type: Part-time

Pay: $20.00 per hour
