Job Summary:
We are looking for a highly motivated & self-driven Field Sale Representative to join our fast-paced Sales team. We offer a clear path for career growth and professional/financial development. This is a great opportunity to join a rapidly growing healthcare company and gives you the ability to build annuity sales and commissions paid on the entire book of business you build on an ongoing basis (uncapped) resulting in a 50,000 annual base salary + Uncapped Commission + Bonuses (can easily reach 6 figures).
Please be advised that onboarding for this role will not begin until Spring/Summer of 2023.
Roles and Responsibilities:
- Nurture leads that have engaged with marketing collateral
- Research key decision makers at targeted organizations
- Initiate contact with decision makers at potential prospects
- Conduct early stage discovery calls with prospects to understand client needs
- Articulate Prime Source’s value proposition in an effect way that results in growth
Required Skills/Abilities:
- 1-2 years of experience in business-to-business environment (preferably healthcare or technology)
- Proficient with CRM (SalesForce), Excel, PowerPoint, etc.
- Self-starter with a track record of success
- Fast learner and analytical
- Ability to work independently with limited supervision in a fast-paced environment
- Excellent organizational skills including the ability to prioritize and complete multiple assignments
In 3 months, you will:
- Learn Prime Source’s product offering, target audiences, and messaging
- Learn necessary tools for success: SalesForce
- Build strong relationships across departments within the organization
- Consistently meet or exceed outreach metrics
In 6 months, you will:
- Continue to build your core skills, product, and industry knowledge
- Maintain momentum of meeting and exceeding goals
- Begin converting opportunities to committed customers
- Work with mentors to set goals for yourself and begin carrying a quota
In 12 months, you will:
- Have an in-depth knowledge of the Prime Source’s solutions and how to manage the sales process end to end
