Job description :
· Team management skills, managing a team of minimum 10+ resources
· Responsible for handling multiple sites(hospitals/clinics)
· Drive and motivate the team
· Customer relationship building
· Customer escalation management
· ServiceNow experience preferred
· SLA and KPI management
· Good knowledge on field services management (Desktop/End user computing)
· Incident and request management
· Familiar with ticketing tool
· Reviewing technicians’ performance and utilization review
· On call support
· Report generation from ticketing tool
Job Type: Contract
Salary: $55,613.36 - $90,612.06 per year
