Role Description

In this role, you will be responsible to guide cross functional operational improvement working closely with COLA domain leads to ensure a smooth transition of new processes and tools through implementation. As the Field Strategy and Operations Lead, Installation and Repair, you'll also be responsible for supporting continued performance improvement for all markets. Performance improvement scope will include analysis of existing key performance indicators to identify opportunities for improvement. You will also work closely with market peers to develop and implement improvement plans. Focus will be primarily on performance optimization, efficiencies and growth/expansion.

In this role, you'll:

  • Facilitate financial performance analysis.
  • Collaborate with market teams to identify root cause in underperforming areas of the program, utilize existing data to prepare and present performance reviews, and develop and implement improvement programs.
  • Lead cross functional projects to share best practices across all market teams.
  • Support preparation of business requirement documents for new tools and enhancements
  • Provide subject matter expertise guidance to develop new and improve existing processes.

At a minimum we'd like you to have:

  • Bachelor's degree in Telecommunications, Construction Management, Engineering, or 7 years equivalent practical experience.
  • 6 years of experience in service fulfillment, new service activation, service assurance, and in-home repair.
  • Experience with workflow and ticketing systems, such as Salesforce, data analytics, passive optical network (PON), and fiber to the home (FTTH) network.
  • Experience in successfully managing a multiple vendor delivery model, project schedules, and managing contracts, invoicing, budgeting and forecasting.

It's preferred if you have:

  • PMP or Six Sigma certifications.
  • Knowledge of network drawings, route maps and scopes of work and interpreting fiber test results and auditing projects for compliance with scopes of work.
  • Experience in operational improvement and process/workflow development.
  • Proficiency with Google Suite applications: Docs, Sheets and Slides.

The US base salary range for this full-time position is between $136,000 - $198,000 + bonus + equity + benefits. As pay varies by location, your recruiter will share more about the specific salary range for your targeted location during the hiring process.
