About us

We are a restaurant franchisee that owns 63 Taco Bells and 23 Wingstops with operations in the DFW area; Wichita Falls; Lawton, Oklahoma; Memphis, TN; and MS. Our company is currently experiencing rapid growth and we are seeking an experienced Training and Development Leader to help ensure our employees have the training they need to be successful.

As a Training and Development Leader, this position is responsible for maximizing organizational effectiveness and productivity through managing the implementation and administration of a broad range of training programs, procedures, and systems.

As a Training and Development Leader, you will work with Human Resources to assess training needs, develop and deliver effective training programs. You will update and continuously improve our training program to ensure we are using best-in-class practices to meet our employees and customers expectations. You will also be responsible for determining what resources are needed to have an effective training program and for implementing those resources.

In this role you will:

  • Oversee New Manager Training Objectives
  • Develop and Execute Training Curriculum
  • Develop, oversee, manage, and execute Classroom Training Center
  • Schedule training program for New Restaurant Openings
  • Oversee all new initiatives
  • Certify in-restaurant Market Training Restaurants
  • Provide counsel and developmental plans for in-store employees and Above Store Leaders
  • Incorporate any new concepts into the training system
  • Follow-up on new trainees in restaurants
  • New hire orientation and onboarding
  • Transition new Restaurant General Managers to their home restaurant
  • Work in partnership with HR and various business functions to analyze and assess training and development needs for individuals, departments, and restaurants.
  • Maintain and report training compliance and effectiveness during monthly and quarterly meetings

Education and Experience

  • Bachelor's degree in business or equivalent experience
  • 2 plus years of related experience in training or equivalent combination of education and experience
  • Ability to effectively present information and respond to questions from groups of managers, clients, and customers
  • Excellent interpersonal and written skills
  • Presentation skills
  • Excel, Word, Outlook, Microsoft
  • Some travel require

Job Type: Full-time

Pay: $65,000.00 - $85,000.00 per year
