Responsibilities:

• Produce monthly reports, which include key metrics, financial results, and variance reporting
• Analyzes billing and accounts receivable reports. Identifies trends, categories of aged receivables and provides feedback to leadership to improve results
• Develop models that help with decision-making
• Prepares and distributes monthly reimbursement/revenue cycle reports for departments.
• Downloads appropriate data from system and compiles information in a user-friendly understandable manner
• Ability to communicate clearly and with confidence to all levels of the organization
• Meets regularly with leadership to address reimbursement and data needs and recommends target areas for reimbursement improvement.
• Provides regular communication and updates to members of the operations team regarding reimbursement and data needs

Qualifications:

• Bachelor's degree preferred
• 4+ years experience in financial analytics
• Knowledge of revenue cycle principles and practices, the ability to systematically interpret functional requirements into applications design preferred
• Experience reporting to leadership and make suggestions on how to improve performance
• Attention to accuracy and detail
• Possess strong analytical, problem solving, and decision-making skills
• Strong working knowledge of Excel and financial modeling
• MySQL knowledge
• Experience with NetSuite, Open Dental or Vena would be a huge plus
• Experience with dental organizations and/or terminology preferred
