The Town of Sturbridge seeks qualified candidates for a full-time Finance Clerk in the Finance Department.

This position provides clerical assistance to the Finance Director in the areas of billing and collection of taxes and departmental revenues, departmental receipt reconciliation, processing of bi-weekly payroll, personnel administration, and water and sewer billing.

The candidate should be a highly motivated and skilled individual who enjoys working with the public. Experience in accounting or related field; municipal experience, or any equivalent combination of education and training. Attention to detail with strong organizational skills and the ability to work independently. Candidate must be proficient in Microsoft Office; working knowledge of Munis software preferred. This is a full-time, 37.5 hour a week, benefited position.

Pay range is $20.10 - $27.15/hour DOQ.
