Reporting to the CFO, The Hospital Finance Director will direct and plan all accounting activities for the health system including the hospital, clinics, and physician medical groups. The Hospital Finance Director will be well supported by a Hospital Controller as well as a strong accounting staff.

The Hospital Finance Director will maintain responsibility for the analytical needs of the health system in relation to the financial and operational well-being of the entire organization. Managing and reviewing consolidated financial statements, the Hospital Finance Director oversees all accounting and accounts payable systems. The Hospital Finance Director will have experience and an in-depth understanding of healthcare regulations on a local, state, and federal level.
