The Opportunity
A newly created finance graduate talent development program within Johnson & Johnson. This program is designed specifically to prepare and develop future generations of diverse business leaders within the finance organization.

Main Responsibilities
You will be exposed to a range of finance expertise such as Financial Control, Compliance, Internal Audit, Tax, Treasury, General Ledger, Monthly Financial Reporting, Balance Sheet Reconciliations, Statutory Accounts, FX-Hedging, Inventory and Forecasting.

  • Responsible for Financial Reporting of Actual and Forecast cycles.
  • Partnering with other J&J affiliates, Supply Chain, R&D, Tax, Commercial and third parties on various initiatives.
  • Support internal and external audits and partner with the Compliance Team.
  • Prepare presentations and business updates for various management review meetings and other key stakeholders.
  • Support continuous improvement initiatives and implementation of best practices, including opportunities arising from global/corporate projects.
  • Support the implementation of processes identified for standardisation and digital automation.

  • SAP, Alteryx or Tableau systems experience desired but not essential


Requirements of the role:

  • Completed Bachelor’s or Master’s degree (preferably in Finance, Accounting, Business Information Systems or Economics) and/or a clear and demonstrable interest in Finance
  • Achieve a minimum 2:1 or higher final year grade
  • Graduated within 2021 or 2022 or to be graduated latest by August 2023
