Johnson & Johnson is recruiting for a Finance Manager in the Ethicon Supply Chain FP&A team. This position is based in Raritan, NJ.

The Supply Chain FP&A team is a globally diverse team supporting our Finance teams throughout Europe, Asia, LATAM and North America. A rotation in this team will enable individuals to develop key skills as a finance leader at J&J: problem-solving, organizational change and influencing skills, data driven analytics, talent development, conflict management, and exposure to senior finance management across J&J.
Responsibilities:
- Lead a team of 3 Analysts.
- Lead discussions related to the metrics dashboard and key drivers of spend for actuals reporting, business planning and forecasting processes.
- Drive continuous collaboration for coordinating the matrixed functions to drive toward meaningful insights with clear accountabilities.
- This is a high visibility role with significant opportunities to present to management including Supply Chain Finance, Supply Chain business leaders, and Global Marketing Finance.
- The role requires a high level of organization, prioritization skills, and people leadership.
Qualifications
Required
- A minimum of Bachelor’s degree, preferably with a major in Finance, Economics, Data Analytics or Accounting.
- A minimum 5 years of experience with finance, accounting or related business.
- A working understanding of cost accounting principles.
- Very well-organized in task and business results/framing with an eye toward the future
- Proficiency with common Microsoft Office applications such as PowerPoint and advanced Excel skills (i.e. Pivot Tables, Formulas, VLOOKUP functions).
- Ability to partner & work independently with associates at all levels of the organization, including interacting with senior management, operate in a highly complex environment, recommend and implement operational improvements, and handling multiple tasks simultaneously.
- Strong conflict management, influencing, communication and framing skills along with tried interpersonal skills.
Preferred
- Advanced degree such has a Master’s/MBA or a financial certification in ACA, ACCA, CIMA, CPA, CMA or another equivalent.
- Experience with data analytics software using Power BI, Alteryx, Tableau or other automation and visualization tools.
- Experience with reporting tools such as SAP and TM1.
- Prior experience with People Management & Talent Development in a leadership role.
The Company maintains highly competitive, performance-based compensation programs. Under current guidelines, this position is eligible for an annual performance bonus in accordance with the terms of the applicable plan. The annual performance bonus is a cash bonus intended to provide an incentive to achieve annual targeted results by rewarding for individual and the corporation’s performance over a calendar/ performance year. Bonuses are awarded at the Company’s discretion on an individual basis.
