Job description

• Conducts daily interaction with NAVSEA, In-Service Engineering Agent (ISEA), BAH, and other government and contractor personnel to complete the mission goals of IWS 6.0

• Assists with development of Task Planning Sheets (TPSs)

• Reviews Defense Travel System (DTS) travel documents to ensure required funding is in place and to provide recommendations for approval in a timely manner

• Uses Navy Enterprise Resource Planning (ERP) tool for budgeting, financial tracking and travel reconciliation

• Facilitates effective tracking of team tasks via action item tracker

• Maintains project financial and acquisition documentation

• Provides assistance in drafting, reviewing, and submitting contract documents

• Assist in completing, reviewing, and submitting financial documents associated with project planning, programming, budgeting, execution, and tracking

• Supports project financial data calls to support funding decisions (e.g. reclammas)

Job Type: Full-time

Pay: $55,813.00 - $90,000.00 per year
