Valley View Health Center is a non-profit, federally qualified health center (FQHC) committed to providing quality integrated medical, dental, behavioral health, and pharmacy services to families and individuals of all ages. We currently have 14 locations, serving patients in three counties (Lewis County, Pacific County and Thurston County, WA). Chehalis, where the VVHC headquarters is located, is in the heart of Lewis County.

We are actively recruiting an experienced full time Controller to join our team. A dynamic leader who will be able to leverage existing healthcare and non-profit finance experience where robust analytical skills, people skills, and cost consciousness are critical. An ideal candidate will possess a high proficiency in computerized accounting systems, financial statement preparation, Microsoft Excel spreadsheets, and exhibit strong interpersonal communication skills. In this role, you will collaborate closely with Clinical Operations and service line dyad partners, advising leaders on ways to enhance revenue and control costs.

Qualifications:
Associates/Bachelor’s Degree in Accounting or Finance required. CPA preferred.
5+ years of healthcare accounting with a proven work history of hands-on accounting responsibility. Non-profit sector preferred.

Job Type: Full-time

Pay: $84,800.00 - $104,700.00 per year
