Financial Planning & Analysis, Not For Profit, Dublin Hybrid

The Company

Our client is a leading organisation providing much needed services across the community. They are seeking to strengthen their finance team with a commercially minded Accountant to focus on financial modelling and analytics providing the business with real time financial information.

The entire organisation is passionate about the business and the working environment and culture are reflective of that. It is a uniquely commercial role in a business offering real flexibility and a hybrid model of up to 3 days remote working per week. The office is based in the City Centre and offers a parking space.

The Position

Reporting directly to the Head of Financial Planning & Analysis department, this varied role will include the following duties:

• Preparation of annual budget plans and forecasts including reforecasting as required
• Maintaining rolling business models for long term commitments
• Develop cashflow models
• Review and analysis of monthly financial reports
• Production of review and analytical presentations for the Senior Management team
• Managing reporting for external funders
• Participate in ad hoc projects as they arise

The Person

• Qualified Accountant (ACA, ACCA, CIMA etc.) with previous experience in financial planning and analysis
• Strong IT skills including excellent Excel
• Previous analytical experience will be an advantage
• Excellent interpersonal and presentation skills essential
