We are looking for enthusiastic bartender/servers to provide an excellent guest experience along the heart of the Jersey Shore. Compensation includes salary and tips.

Responsibilities

• Interact with customers, take orders and serve food and drinks in a friendly manner
• Assess customers’ needs and preferences and make recommendations
• Restock and replenish bar/server inventory and supplies
• Stay guest focused and nurture an excellent guest experience
• Comply with all food and beverage regulations

Skills

• Resume and proven working experience as a bartender/server
• Excellent knowledge of in mixing, garnishing and serving drinks (bartender)
• Computer literacy
• Knowledge of a second language is a plus
• Positive attitude and excellent communication skills
• Ability to keep the bar/station organized, stocked and clean
• Relevant training certificate

Job Types: Full-time, Part-time

Pay: $15.00 - $40.00 per hour
