Finishing Department: Debur, Polish, and Complete secondary manufacturing operations for Metal Machining Manufacture of hard metals such as Inconel & Cobalt.
Must have experience with secondary manufacturing operations on manufactured metal products
B-Tec Solutions in Croydon, PA: Precision Machining Metal Manufacture
Responsibilities:
- Precision debur of sharp material remaining from previous manufacturing steps
- Polish machined surfaces to meet drawing requirements
- Utilize Bridgeports, grinders, drill press, and other equipment to complete secondary manufacturing operations
- Precision clean product for final inspection and shipment
Qualifications:
- General machine shop experience a plus
- Ability to debur/finish/polish tight tolerance metal manufactured products
- Ability to read & interpret blueprints
