We are working with an established main contractor who are looking to add an accomplished Finishing Foreman to the award-winning residential arm of their business, working on projects in either Trim or Athy. This business is well known throughout Ireland and also has operations and offices overseas in the UK and Europe.

As a Finishing Foreman you will work on a large-scale residential project, which is a mix of apartments and houses with two projects at finishes stage, one in Trim and the other in Athy. As a finishes foreman you will ideally come from a trade background (carpentry preferable), have a strong history in residential construction and a minimum of three projects acting as a finishes foreman. You will be well versed in all aspects of the role with particular focus on attention to detail, programming and scheduling of works, managing trades, RFI's and the ability to work to tight deadlines.

To be considered for this role you will need;

• 
  Trade qualified with a proven track record in residential and commercial construction.
• 
  A minimum of three projects completed as a finishing foreman
• 
  Strong communication skills, both written and oral and a charismatic demeanor to build a strong working rapport with all stakeholders involved.
• 
  A proven history of successfully managing trades on site.
• 
  Excellent time management and organisational skills.
